UK cancellations and change-of-mind returns

For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, you can cancel from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, this runs from receipt of the last item. Our standard designs are made to order, but this does not remove your cancellation rights.

Tell us by email or post using a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need prior approval or to use the optional form below. Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us. For a change of mind or an incorrect size you selected, you pay the direct return postage.

You may try on and inspect items as you would in a shop. Pack returns securely. We may deduct a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

We will refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Refunds use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund fee. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund our standard original delivery charge; any extra cost for a faster delivery option is not included.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Photos help us investigate, where available. We cover reasonable return costs when a return is needed for these issues. Your statutory rights, including any right to reject, repair, replacement or refund, are unaffected by this policy or our supplier's policies.
